Thrive’s protocols are developed and overseen by Dr. Jawad Trad, a triple board-certified cardiologist with deep roots in the Tulsa medical community. His oversight isn’t a formality—it’s the clinical foundation that makes safe, effective IV therapy possible. Every blend, every protocol, and every standard of care at Thrive reflects his guidance.
Our Team of Registered Nurses
Every service at Thrive is administered exclusively by licensed Registered Nurses. Our team holds ACLS and BLS certification and brings clinical backgrounds spanning Critical Care, Cardiology, Labor & Delivery, NICU, Urgent Care, and the ER.
That experience matters. It means your nurse understands your body in a way that goes beyond IV insertion—they’re trained to assess, monitor, and respond. Before your drip begins, your RN reviews your vitals and medical history. Throughout your infusion, they’re present and attentive. And when you leave, you go with real aftercare guidance and a direct line back to your care team.
Some IV providers staff their services with EMTs or medical technicians. At Thrive, it’s RNs only—because the person starting your IV should be equipped to handle whatever comes next.
