Zofran (Ondansetron) is a fast-acting prescription anti-nausea medication commonly used to relieve nausea and vomiting associated with illness, stomach bugs, migraines, morning sickness, and other conditions. As an intramuscular injection, it works quickly and bypasses the need to swallow or keep a pill down—which is especially useful when nausea makes oral medication difficult to tolerate.
At Thrive, Zofran is administered by a licensed Registered Nurse following a health intake and clinical screening. It is available as a standalone injection or as part of several Thrive IV blends where nausea relief is appropriate.
